Winter Holiday is a time when many people visit out of town family and leave their homes unattended. Safety of your home becomes a concern for many.  Be sure to leave lights on when it gets dark outside, and don’t leave gifts near windows so those outside can see them.

Winter Holiday time also brings back the cold weather!  Make sure to wear layers of warm clothes and keep exposed skin covered when outside.  Be careful when walking outside for ice, remembering some ice can’t be seen.  The cold weather is also cold for your pets!  If your pet goes outside, make sure they are only outside for a short time and bring them right back in the house to get warm!
